The earliest evidence of boxing in human history dates back to Sumerian carvings from 3000BC. Boxing is possibly the oldest form of martial art and is the essence of many striking sports.
At Ares Fight Club, we are focused on western boxing and only boxing. Being an all-boxing martial arts club, our coaches are masters in boxing. This means that what you will learn are real, proper boxing techniques, moves and skills.
Our boxing training consists of physical training, bag work, partner drills, pad work and optional technical sparring. We have beginner classes that are suited for those without boxing experience or new to fitness. Just check out our schedule.
Our coaches have years of fighting experience and coaching. We use a mix of old and new school boxing drills and techniques to make your training effective yet fun.
