BOXING (BEGINNER)

Learn the boxing boxing fundamentals in boxing beginner class. Classes are non-contact with focus on techniques and fitness.

BOXING (INTERMEDIATE)

Boxing Intermediate class is open to those with prior boxing experience. This class is full-contact, hence mouthguard and headguard is required for the class. Classes are focused on fight techniques and ring craft.

WOMEN'S BOXING

Women-only boxing class for those who want to train with an all-female environment. This class is fitness-focused with some technique work involved. There will be no-contact boxing in this class.
