Service Description
This class is for those who have been promoted from the beginner boxing class. This class requires a higher level of fitness and skill than beginner boxing. Some contact is to be expected in this class as there will be some sparring involved.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please cancel 3 hours in advance so that others may have a spot. You may do so by logging into your account, click on "my bookings" to reschedule or cancel your booking. Failure to cancel will result in your session being deducted for package plans and deduction of 1 day from unlimited plan. Thank you for your kind cooperation!
