Do note that this class is open to 18 years old and above. It is a high intensity workout with weights and plyometrics. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
For cancellations, please cancel 5 HOURS in advance so that others may have a spot. You may do so by logging into your account, click on "my bookings" to reschedule or cancel your booking.
